PROOFS/APPROVAL

PLEASE PROOFREAD SLOWLY AND VERY CAREFULLY: WE PRINT DIRECTLY FROM THE APPROVED PROOFS.

WHAT IS A PROOF?
A proof is a file image showing exactly how your items will be printed.

Proofs are extremely important because an approved proof is used directly to generate the printing plates that print your invitations and stationery.

By approving your final proof, you agree that all text and design will appear exactly as shown. Please note that proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of your order and to make minor adjustments to layout, punctuation, fonts and colors. Three (3) rounds of proofs are included with each order at no charge. Additional proof(s) (beyond the initial three) may be requested at $10 per additional proof with payment due prior to receiving the proof.

** Depending on your computer settings, and quality of screen, our digital proof can differ on your screen from our final printed product. No refunds will be given based these premises. Digital proofs do not represent reality (colors & size).

PROOF TIMELINE
Your first proof will be emailed to address provided within three (3) business days from placing the order. Second and third proofs will be provided within one (1) to Two (2) business days. Rush order options will expedite the proof process.

ONCE YOU APPROVE YOUR FINAL PROOF(S), THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REVIEW OF YOUR ORDER FOR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION OR CONTENT.

CHANGES
Changes to your order can be made any time before final proof approval. Orders that have been proofed with final approval cannot be canceled or refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled anytime before final proof approval will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Orders that have been proofed with final approval cannot be canceled or refunded.

PRODUCTION
Please note that offset and digital printing are very different printing methods; colors will appear differently when flat printed or offset. The same color may look different on plantable paper vs. non-plantable paper due to the different nature of each paper and the printing technology used. If using the exact same color and shade of color throughout your wedding stationery is paramount it is highly recommended that the same type of paper be used and that your order is placed and printed at the same time .

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within 8 business days from final proof approval. Delivery of your order may vary based on your chosen delivery method.
